Mushroom coloured Audi stolen, pretty distinguishing

ImageA mushroom-coloured Audi was reported stolen by Cleveland Police the other day (March 28-29).

Whilst it is pretty distinctive in colour, it would help id the police released the model and reg of the vehicle to help.

To thieves, I wonder what the vehicle is worth http://car-advice-centre.co.uk/2014/02/dos-donts-shifting-used-car/

Police say “This car was stolen from an address on Egerton Terrace, Greatham.

“It’s a really distinctive colour.”

Anyone with info should ring police on 101.

What does the future hold for Audi?

I do wonder now what the future holds for Audi, following this article on the Telegraph:

It seems Audi has shown off its electric car credentials in the form of its concept, but is reluctant to match BMW’s investment in green technologies.

In this seemingly eco-warrior battle, I can’t help but forget the rivalry between the two German car giants is likely to continue for a very long time. And, it may just be won by those who harness greener fuel capabilities. Just maybe.

All the while, I can’t help ask myself: ‘If I were to sell my car today, would I care too much for eco-efficiency?’

What do you think? Would a greener, electric vehicle get your vote versus petrol or diesel?
